Cayuse Research Suite

To facilitate the process of preparing and submitting grant and contract proposals, the University of Tennessee System Administration Office of Research has purchased an institutional subscription to two software applications from eVisions: Cayuse SP and Cayuse 424.

Cayuse SP provides for the electronic routing and approval of sponsored program proposals and documents. In addition, proposals developed in Cayuse 424 can be linked to a Cayuse SP form for routing and approvals prior to submission. Cayuse SP will go live mid to late December 2015

The second application, Cayuse 424 is an electronic proposal development and submission application. This tool looks very much like the current Adobe Grants.gov forms used by faculty but includes many automated features to allow completion of the grants application to be easier, more accurate, and submission to be more efficient. Cayuse 424 will be released in spring 2016.

Training will be available on this new platform through the Office of Research and Engagement. Please check the Office of Research & Engagement Training and Workshops page for details about upcoming sessions.

HelpDesk Ticketing Portal

The HelpDesk provides our clients and technical staff a method to accurately capture, track, sort and view product support requests. It also provides a record of communication and the solution associated with each request. All emails sent to ResearchSuiteSupport@Evisions.com will automatically create a ticket in the HelpDesk system. You can access the Portal here:
